Since 1993, Tom Holbird has been an active trial lawyer, handling serious cases involving, spine and spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, fractured bones and herniated or ruptured discs, resulting from tractor-trailer, motorcycle, and automobile accident cases, as well as medical malpractice, nursing home neglect, construction accidents and premises liability cases involving death or serious injuries.
In 1993, he earned his J.D. degree from the Atlanta Law School, and clerked for the Honorable Judges Nick G. Lambros, John J. Brunner, John R. Mather, Alford J. Dempsey, Louis Levenson, and Wendy L. Shoob in Fulton State and Magistrate Courts while attending law school. Mr. Holbird is married with two children. He and his family live in Towne Lake Hills, Woodstock, Georgia, where he enjoys spending time with his family, coaching little league baseball, golf, water skiing, camping and boating. He also enjoys flying, scuba diving, offshore fishing, and working on his property in the Bahamas.
